London Nightlife Runs From Soho to Shoreditch
Soho is the central compact grid — The French House, Milroy's, Dog & Duck, and a dozen legacy pubs plus newer cocktail rooms. Shoreditch east runs the club and warehouse-party scene: Queen of Hoxton, XOYO, Village Underground.
For serious cocktail bars: Connaught Bar (consistently ranked the world's best), Scarfes Bar, Little Red Door. For live music, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in Soho is the institution; KOKO in Camden is the mid-size indie/rock room.
London pubs close at 11 PM (licensing laws); clubs and late-license bars run to 3-5 AM. The Night Tube on key lines runs weekends but Uber is the reliable move citywide.
